CTS SERVICES respectful and reliable support staff has many different responsibilities of which they are trained and mentored by our experienced senior management team. Our support staff’s vigilance plays a major role in the success and customer service satisfaction received from clients.

Security solutions:
    • Experienced Guards, Rovers, & Badge Checkers deliver superior service by monitoring the show floor, all contracted ingresses and egresses, freight, meeting rooms, equipment, registration and more.
    • Escorts ensure personal safety for individuals and groups to and from locations.
    • Off Duty Law Enforcement Professionals protect VIP’s requiring trained experts.
    • 24-hour contact with our Management Personnel allows clients around the clock contact to address and resolve any unforeseen circumstances. This service is offered at no charge to the client.
    • Multi badges enable control of movement on the floor by all personnel and outside vendors decreasing premeditated suspicious activity.
    • Multi-parish wide repeater radio system and talk around two-way radios allows open and/or private communication between supervisor and guards.
  • Uniformed and well-groomed staff.

CTSS unarmed guards will be easily recognized wearing a gray vest with CTS Services logo embroidered on the left chest, grey slacks, white shirt, CTS striped tie and black shoes.

CTS armed guards will be easily recognized wearing a CTS name badge, black polo with CTS logo on upper left chest, security logo on back and side sleeve of polo, tactical belt and holster with firearm, gray tactical pants and black shoes.

Training

CTSS requires that all security professionals complete a 16-hour course to receive Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners certification. We conduct in-house training on the specific policies and procedures of our organization and ensure all employees understand the required performance, which they are accountable. Our security personnel possess:

    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Investigative/report writing skills
    • Familiarity with loss prevention documents
    • Able to multitask
    • Level headed with the ability to make quick decisions in difficult situations
    • Guest service oriented, charismatic and engaging demeanor
    • Working knowledge of all event location areas
  • Maintain crowd control, crowd behavior & detects suspicious activity of individuals
Access Control Management

Strict access control is regulated and strictly enforced daily. CTSS success in controlling access is guidelines and regulations that are understood by all parties and are enforceable.
