CTS SERVICES mission is to create a safe environment for associates, attendees, visitors and vendors. Its focus is to deliver a customized team of security and event staff professionals capable of delivering security and hospitality services in a practical, professional and confidential manner.
CTS SERVICES is a Louisiana private corporation that is locally, woman-owned and managed. We provide protective security and hospitality services throughout the Greater New Orleans area. Our team of professionals prides itself on being almost 100% New Orleans natives – providing great resources and southern hospitality for our clients.
CTSS has a non-solicitation policy, we do not subcontract our services to other vendors; all service is performed by our direct staff. Our core leadership consists of seasoned professionals who are adept and experienced in both protective and hospitality services. Our security officers are recruited, hired, trained, and mentored by our expert senior management team. New trainees are screened through our inflexible protocols – personal interviews, professional and personal reference checks and extensive background check clearance. After applicants complete training and receives his/her state board license, the successful candidate is recruited as full time Unarmed Security.
CTSS is licensed with the city of New Orleans as well as State Board of Private Security Examiners and fully insured as a private security practitioner.
Leadership
CTSS has a lead role in security services with local downtown hotels and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. We are “top notch” on implementing exclusive security plans to fit the needs of each client, staffing well-trained personnel with notable experience, and finite access control procedures that minimizes incidentals during public events and private details.
Organizational Structure
CTSS senior management staff – its President, Accountant, Operations Director, Hospitality Manager and VIP Security Director, along with a team of full and part time security and event staff professionals is the glue that bonds the CTSS family to its Core Values – DIRECTION / PROTECTION / PROVISION / DISTINCTION.
